Had a fabulous day at Woodbine!  Deidre Lazar of Burks Falls and Cathy O'Keefe of Oakville along with their spouses Joe and Christopher joined us for an afternoon at the Races.   We had  lunch with Glenn Crouter VP of media Relations and Sandy Hawley Hall of Fame Jockey.  The food in the 5 Star Woodbine Club was superb thanks to top Chef Joseph.  The only thing that would have made it better would have been a win for Dream Crusader.  She came 4th. Better luck next time!  We had the honour of presenting a beautiful crystal bowl to the winner of the Ontario Colleen Stakes!  Congratulations to Melynk Racing Stables and Trainer Mark Casse and of course the horse, Barracks Road who galloped across the finish line with her ears pricked and it looked like a smile on her face too!
